Training
I provide disability inclusion training in a range of formats, from 1-hour awareness talks to half-day interactive workshops. You can choose from ready-made sessions or a bespoke programme shaped around your organisation. Sessions can be run with managers, recruitment teams or colleagues across the organisation.
Consulting
I also offer consultancy support to help organisations review and improve their policies, processes and everyday practices. This can include policy or procedure reviews, workplace adjustments guidance, or developing toolkits and resources tailored to your context. The aim is to make inclusion easier to do in real life — clear, practical and usable by the people who need it.
Additional Services
I also offer support with writing and communication, including blogs, articles and contributions to podcasts. I can help individuals with CV reviews and interview preparation too — especially for those who’d like a bit of confidence-building or clarity about how to present their skills and experience.
Fair Prices
Pricing varies depending on the type of training or consultancy support, how it’s delivered, and whether any design, writing or research time is required. Travel or accommodation costs (where relevant) are discussed and agreed in advance. I’m happy to talk through options and work with your budget.
