GET TO KNOW ME

Do you want to know more about me? Then you have come to the right place.

If you have any questions, you can contact me at any time.

THIS IS ME

I have lived experience of disability, and that shapes how I understand inclusion and how I work. I’ve also spent years supporting organisations across charities, public services and education to recognise and reduce the barriers disabled people can face at work.

I use the social model of disability and take a collaborative, gentle approach. My focus is on practical, everyday changes that help people feel confident, included and supported in real working life.

I’ve spent over 25 years working, studying and volunteering in disability inclusion across charities, education and public services, supporting teams, managers and leaders to feel confident and equipped in their daily practice.

My work has included delivering training to thousands of staff, developing accessible resources and toolkits, and advising on inclusive recruitment, workplace adjustments and culture change.

I’ve been recognised twice in the Disability Power 100 for my contribution to disability inclusion, and I’m an Associate Member of the CIPD and a Registered Career Development Professional (CDI)

I’m experienced in designing engaging learning, supporting behaviour change and helping people translate ideas into everyday action. I enjoy understanding how different teams work, what matters to them, and how small, thoughtful changes can make a real difference.
